After nominations and over 92K+ ReTweets and 900+ Facebook shares, Mashable’s 2009 Open Web Awards voting starts today. Nominations were made available via Facebook & Twitter though November 15, 2009. From today, November 16 2009, the voting begins and ends on the 13th December this year. Winners will be announced two days later, December 15 2009.
